Update time again! Time to get back to the trenches and get a closer look at how the average Mobian Soldier spends his time… or not. You’ll have to read to find out.

Update time folks! And here is where the issue enters it’s last 5 pages. Why is this significant? Well it just so happens that these 5 pages are the ones penciled by fan favorite fan artist CatbeeCache! Plus, I’ll have a little announcement to make after these pages are done with regards to issue 2 of the Great War.

I said we were going back to a twice a week schedule, and I meant it. So, let’s just see what the good warlord is going to do.

Well the holidays were nice, but now that they are over it’s high time to get back to updating the Great War again. And what better way to welcome the new year than with one bug round guy…

We’re back!

Wow, been awhile since I’ve actually posted, hasn’t it?
While the front page hasn’t made it obvious, we’ve actually had ECC’s first ever “holiday special” running this week: a five page Sonic Eggs Holiday Special from Tracy Yardley. Or Christmas special. I don’t really know. I’m Jewish and even I don’t really give a fig. Regardless, that’s been running this week, and we’ve got one more page lined up for Christmas Eve.
But that’s not all we got in store. I do believe I’ve said this before, but now I speak with said work actually done. Next week will see the launch of not one, not two, but THREE comics, which will each be released bi weekly for the forseable future. The new Redux, a new MEC which has been heavily edited to ensure it’s writing is a step up from past issues, and finally the second issue of ECC’s supposed flagship comic, Sonic Pulse. Hopefully you all will like this one. Lord knows even I don’t particularly care for my writing in the original.
With that said, some updates on a few other series. Staffers, despite having numerous scripts in the pipe, some of which where honestly genuinely making me laugh, has all but died. If any cartoonist out there cares to join us and revive it, we will welcome you. The Tales from the Emerald Coast story Tales of the Great War will continue it’s hiatus until the new year, where it will return to a twice weekly schedule until the issue has run it’s course. We are doing everything we can to make sure the lag time between issues isn’t too long, so sit tight! We may actually have another one off Tales series in the vein of the first issue in the pipe, but we’ll have to see where that goes. Until then, I leave you with a rather obvious teaser image about it’s subject matter.
Till next time, rubes!
It’s update time again!

And I have an announcement. All ECC publications are taking a break next week with the exception of Sonic Eggs, for reasons of Yardley Christmas goodness, for the Christmas Holiday. However this is only a one week break, and Tales of the Great War shall be back to publishing the very next week, on a two page a week schedule.
Happy Holidays everyone!

It’s that time again! My my my, so it appears that our good Warlord has analyzed the situation perfectly…. or has he?

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Now that I’m sure everyone, in the US at any rate, is stuffed to the gut of burstingI can think of no better way to spend Thanksgiving than with the Lord of Lard himself.

It is now, as of 15 minutes ago by my clock, Thursday. What does this mean? Well, it’s the last of the twice a week updates for the Great War. And I can’t think of any other person to usher in this new age than… you’ll have to check out the page to see.
