Yeah. I know it’s been a while since we released 5, and I know some of you are looking forward to 6. Don’t worry though. We DO actually have most the art settled out. We’re just waiting for a few pages from one unnamed individual, and they need some colors. Don’t worry, we’ll try to get it out soon.

Aside from that, there may be some changes around here. For one, Fluff has been wordpressing everything, and MEC is going to get the same treatment eventually. Furthermore, you may have to change your bookmarks for the issues in the future, because I’m going to be going to a new updating system as soon as Fluffy gets me set up. So, anyway, enjoy what we have so far, and look forward to a future release.

If you keep up with the main page, the forum’s had an update from Simple Machines Forum 1.0 to 2.0. I’m sure you’ll notice that the permalink and comment’s links at the bottom of the news box is broken, as well as the poll. Don’t worry, I’ll talk to Fluffy about it. Hopefully we can get this fixed soonish, but don’t worry guys, if you want to comment on the news updates, just head the for forums. M.E. Chronicles is updated in a child board of “ECC Updates & Announcements”.

ust as the main page has an updated look, so does the mec portal. Does that mean we’re done? far from it. You see, I have the joy of going through the issues and redoing the theme for that too, not to mention weeding out a TON of old files. But regardless, it may not be that bad. Fluff’s set us up with a spiffy new way to upload pictures which require less ftp, which sounds like a godsend after so much coding. So yeah, bare with the old layout with the comics.

Aside from that, I’ve also made it so that you can follow MEC on RSS. And there’s a spiffy new poll just like on the main page  So yeah, it’s all awesome. 

Oh, and as for the comment box, well, seeing as I update this from a thread that’s hidden from none staff members, you can’t just comment yet, but don’t worry, this’ll be sorted out, probably some time tomorrow. Sorry for any waiting, but I’d rather not tamper with the forums yet. But don’t worry, it’ll all be good. 

Now, just because your lord and master built this page does not mean that the hand is entirely mine to kiss. Much of the code was written by shadi’s own hand, AND Nux was generous enough to provide me with something for the about page, though, knowing him, he’ll want to rewrite next time he see’s it. haha. So yeah, enjoy the new layout.

Yo. Been a long time since I had an update, but I’ve got a side project planned for MEC. Yes, a side project. Something that I will occasionally do with stories that I update one page a week. Something of a filler I guess you can say, but overall, I’m looking forward to it. But yeah, aside from that, I’ve got an update for issue 6. Behold the cover
